Swatara Township Police were dispatched Tuesday evening to the Chestnut Pointe apartment complex at 3655 Chambers Hill Road for a homicide. The suspect, 28-year-old ESTEBAN PAULINO VILLEGAS, is now in custody and his case is now pending arraignment at the Dauphin County Judicial Center.
