Gathers, prepares, produces, and airs newscasts and morning sports report…Producer/Host of Saturday’s “Spotlight” program on WDAC & WBYN 107.5…Producer/Host of On Capitol Hill and Legislative Report…Fixer of technical problems that may occur…came to WDAC in 1982…Lives in Mountville with his wife, Louise and has two daughters, Leslie (married to Ryan) and Bethany (married to Scott)…”Poppy” to grandchildren, Gracelyn, Cy, and Gunner with another grandchild arriving in January 2024…Bible teacher, song leader, poet, humorist, and public speaker. Enjoys college football, trivia, game shows, movies, theatre, singing and travel.

  Lisa Davis, Receptionist

Receptionist and co-host of Fireside, Lisa and her family moved to Washington Boro in 2017 when her husband, Scott, became the pastor at Central Manor Church. A school teacher for 17 years, she loves interacting with listeners and is learning much as a receptionist for WDAC…enjoys painting, walking, learning the Bible and spending time with family…they have three children, Ashley (married to Jacob), Kirsten (married to Abram) and Noah. They now have two grandchildren.  She is thrilled to be able to work for a company spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.  


  Scott Dombach, Sales Manager

General Sales Manager WDAC/WBYN…started in 1994, …Scott currently lives in Quarryville with his wife, Kristen who he’s been married to for 30 years. Scott and Kristien have four adult kids and are now blessed with five and soon to be seven garndkids. He enjoys leading worship with his kids at church, making annual family videos, watching sports, smoking meat, and riding motorcycle or ATV. Scott and Kristen enjoy serving their family and attend New Providence Church of God.. 


 Nate Humbert, Marketing Consultant

Marketing Consultant…began working at WDAC in 2019…married to his best friend Susan…they have seven children,  Jared (married to Brittany), Kenan, Seth, Jesse, Keren, Anna and Lydia…loves to spend time with his wife and family… also enjoys sports, especially racquetball, working out, writing and music…thankful to have the opportunity to serve the Lord at WDAC!


  Bob Kepiro, Marketing Consultant

Marketing Consultant….began working with WDAC in 1994…lives in Smoketown with his wife Lori. Son Sheldon married to Lorea and 2 grandchildren – Landon and Savannah. Daughter Jill married to Zach Nolt. Bob serves as Trustee on the Board of Lancaster Bible College.


  Kurt Kreider, Marketing Consultant

Marketing Consultant…began at WDAC in 1999… Married to Ruth Ann. They have four grown children Mark (married to Anna), Emma, Katie (married to Coby), and Grace (married to Benjamin. Four grandchildren, Allison, Raegan, Walker and Sutton. Kurt appreciates working with clients and the friendships that have formed with them over his years at WDAC!


 Terry Landis, Weekend Announcer

Announcer…has worked weekend shifts since 1976…born in Elizabethtown…lives in Lancaster with his wife, Mary…they have three grown children, Gina, Terry, and Erika and one grandson, Lysande. Attends Lancaster Alliance Church. Enjoys Bible Study, walking, day trips, watching Penn State football and wrestling, and Lancaster Senior Center activities. 


 Bob Miller, Weekend Announcer

Announcer…has worked weekend shifts since 1979… served as News Director for short time in early 80’s…lives in Lancaster…enjoys reading…is Sunday School teacher at his church.

Commercial Production Manager… writes, produces, and records commercials, working with on-air staff and sales team…born in Pottsville, PA lives in Mt. Joy with her husband, Ron and has three grown children Eric (married to Lisa), Tim (married to Jill), and Julie (married to Brian), eight grandchildren, Christian and RJ; Caroline, Timothy, Titus, Thaddeus, Thomas and Isaac… at WDAC since 1989…loves the Lord first, then entertaining and any activity with her kids and grandkids..

Doug Myer, General Manager & C.O.O.

Chief Operating Officer/General Manager…oversees sales and production staffs…lives in Strasburg with his wife, Janet…has three children, Amy (married to Chad), Jennifer (married to Mark), and Brad…began working at WDAC in 1998…enjoys spending time with grandkids, biking, camping, kayaking, and reading.


 David Nelson, Announcer Host of “Jubilee”

Announcer for both WDAC and our sister station, WBYN…has worked weekend shifts at WDAC since 2009…host of “Sacred Symphony”, “Jubilee”…attends LCBC, … loves to read, walk and play chess.


 Louie Petolicchio, Announcer

Weekday Announcer for WDAC HD2 and Sunday Announcer for WDAC HD1…Raised in Lebanon County, “Louie” attended Grove City College where he graduated with a degree in Communication Studies and History…Returning to Lebanon, he spent several years in the warehousing industry before joining WDAC…When he is not indoors, he likes to enjoy God’s creation with hiking, camping, and exploring new places.. 


Marge Sherid, Corporate Bookkeeper

Corporate Bookkeeper…handles traffic and billing, working closely with Sales and Production WDAC since 1979…lives in Lancaster with her husband Ray and daughter Briahna…attends Calvary Churchenjoys travel, reading, music, shopping with Bri, and walking.


 Bryon Shumaker, Marketing Consultant

Marketing Consultant…began at WDAC in 2013…over 40 years of experience in marketing and advertising; buying and selling; sales and sales management…previously with Fox 43 TV, WLYH-TV 15, and Good’s Furniture, Inc….living in the Manheim area with wife Deborah…active in Lancaster Evangelical Free Church, Lititz, PA…goal is to help you grow your business through the ministry of WDAC -radio, web and print options.


 Trista Steinhauer, News Announcer and Music Manager

News Announcer, Music Manager, Host and Co-host to Ministry Focus and Fireside Programs…began at WDAC in 2013…Trista truly loves sharing the gospel to our listeners with music and programming…Trista lives in Quarryville with her husband Tom; she has 3 children; Gloria, (Married to Josh), Thomas, and Sophia and two grandchildren (She is lovingly known as ‘Mamaw’)…she enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, and crocheting and baking sourdough bread.

 Mike Stike, Operations Manager & “Sonrise” Host

Operations Manager…Host of “Sonrise” weekdays from 4 to 9 AM…responsible for on-air staffing and day-to-day operations…began at WDAC in 1979…born in Flint, MI…lives in Wrightsdale with his wife of 47 years, Gayle, and has two grown sons, Brandon (married to Rachel) and Joshua, three granddaughters that he is just head over heels in love with…Lillyann Grace, Chloe Marie, and Hannah Joy, and two grandsons that he’s pretty nuts over as well…Noah Robert and Ryan Michael…collects Pez…loves the Orioles…S.S. teacher for 50 years.

Announcer…began working Sundays in 2015…moved to Lancaster from New Jersey in 2000 with wife Lisa and daughters Rachel and Megan…attend Grace Church at Willow Valley…COO of the Cosgrove-Vogt Global Initiative…Independent Associate with Legal Shield…fan of the Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees.


 Joe Wells, Announcer & News Reporter

Announcer…has worked weekend shifts since 2001…fills in for Mike when needed as Sonrise host and for Greg when needed in morning news…born in Ridley Park, PA…was a 6th grade teacher in the Manheim Central School District…worked as a conductor/brakeman for the Strasburg Railroad…lives in Neffsville with his wife, Ann… has two grown stepchildren and seven grandchildren.


 Neil Wells, Marketing Consultant

Marketing Consultant…began at WDAC in October 2016…7+ years of experience in marketing and advertising sales…living in the Northern York area with wife Vanessa. Neil finds fulfillment in community outreach programs and events and opportunities to bring out the best in others. He leads the Men’s Ministry at his church (Fatih Outreach Center in Marietta, PA).  He loves spending time with his family, including four adult children < all boys except for three of them :< ) > and five grandchildren and gardening.
