HARRISBURG – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced on Wednesday that 38-year-old Christopher Vuiller of York was indicted by a federal grand jury on child exploitation charges.
According to United States Attorney Brian D. Miller, the indictment alleges that between 2022 and 2025, Vuiller knowingly received dozens of images and videos containing the sexual exploitation of children. The indictment further alleges that Vuiller possessed several devices that contained child pornography depicting the exploitation of children younger than 12 years of age.
The FBI investigated the case which was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice, to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
The maximum penalty under federal law for these offenses is 20 years in prison, a mandatory minimum term of 5 years’ imprisonment, supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine.
