HARRISBURG – Dauphin County authorities report that a missing man has been located. 60-year-old Johnny Ortiz left his home in the 3100 block of North 6th Street in Harrisburg Tuesday around 10:30 p.m. and did not return. Harrisburg Police say Ortiz that has been safely located.
