CHESTER COUNTY – The Chester County District Attorney’s Office announced the arrest of three individuals in connection to the mass shooting incident that took place October 25, 2025 during homecoming festivities on Lincoln University’s campus. 20-year-old William Sells, 17-year-old Karon Rollins, and 19-year-old Makaveli Valera, all of Wilmington, DE, have been charged with second degree murder, robbery, conspiracy, and other related charges. The trio traveled to the university’s campus with guns, committed robberies, and killed Jujuan Jeffers during the course of those robberies. All three are in custody in Delaware and being held pending their extradition to PA.
