LANCASTER COUNTY – A Lancaster County apartment fire has turned fatal. Authorities say the body of a person who had not been initially accounted for was later discovered. Units from several fire departments responded around 8:50 p.m. Thursday to the 700 block of Millersville Road at Spring Manor Apartments in Manor Township. Fire was seen coming from a second floor apartment and several units were impacted. No firefighters were injured. The Red Cross is assisting fifteen people who were displaced. A State Police Fire Marshal is investigating a cause.
