EPHRATA – A Lancaster County man was arrested after a stabbing in Ephrata. On July 21 at 9:23 p.m., police responded to the 500 block of Cloverbrook Drive. A preliminary investigation determined there was a disagreement between two males, known to each other, resulting in one stabbing the other. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries. The victim was transported to Lancaster General Hospital for treatment. Ephrata Police charged 42-year-old Joshua Boyer of Ephrata with one count of Aggravated Assault. Officers located Boyer in the parking lot of 423 N Reading Road in Ephrata and took him into custody. Boyer was arraigned, and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail.
