YORK/HARFORD COUNTY, MD – A missing juvenile and a missing man have been safely located by authorities. 14-year-old Tinaya Washington went missing in York on July 19, but authorities say she has returned home and is safe. 71-year-old John Adam Morlock went missing in Havre de Grace, MD on Thursday, July 11. The Harford County Sheriff’s Office reports that he has been found.
