HARRISBURG – On Saturday April 18th, at approximately 8:45pm, Harrisburg Police were in the area of the Hall Manor Community when they heard shots fired. Officers immediately responded to the area of the shots and observed an individual fleeing the area on foot. Officers lost sight of the individual and attempted to relocate the individual but were unsuccessful. Officers did locate a discarded pistol in the individual’s flight path.

Officers were later approached by a gunshot victim, a 17-year-old male. The victim was taken to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. An investigation was immediately initiated and is ongoing at this time. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the Harrisburg Police, at 717-558-6900.
