HARRISBURG – A nighttime milling and paving operation on westbound Route 283 near Mount Joy Borough, Lancaster County is scheduled for tonight and tomorrow. PennDOT says the project limits extend from Spooky Nook Road in East Hempfield Township to Esbenshade Road in Rapho Township. Weather permitting, night work will be conducted from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. There will be lane restrictions during work hours and there could be delays. Travelers are reminded to be alert for these operations, to obey work zone signs, and to use caution when driving through work zones for their safety, as well as for the safety of the road crews.
