HARRISBURG – Dauphin County authorities are searching for a missing man. 60-year-old Johnny Ortiz left his home in the 3100 block of North 6th Street in Harrisburg last evening around 10:30 p.m. and has yet to return. Ortiz is five foot three, 130 lbs., with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, black socks, red and black slides, and a grey and black zip-up sweatshirt. Ortiz may be at special risk of harm and injury and may be confused. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to dial 911 or contact Harrisburg Police at 717-558-6900.
