HARRISBURG – PA Lt. Gov. Austin Davis announced that the addition of a new family member. According to Twitter, the Lt. Governor said that he and Second Lady Blayre Holmes Davis will welcome a baby girl to their family this September. This will be the first child in the Davis family. Numerous lawmakers and the governor offered their congratulations on the announcement.
