HARRISBURG – Harrisburg Police arrested two people after the discovery of a body. On Thursday August 29 around 11 p.m., officers responded to the 100 block of Pine Street for a report of an assault taking place in an apartment. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Kyle and Chanise Burton, the residents of the apartment. They later discovered a deceased adult female inside of the apartment. Based on an investigation, it was determined that both Kyle and Chanise Burton would be charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, and conspiracy.
