HARRISBURG – Preparations are underway for the 2023 PA Relief Sale which supports the work of Mennonite Central Committee. The PA Relief Sale features hundreds of handcrafted quilts, wall hangings, and comforters to bid on during the Quilt Auction. Attendees can shop for handmade items and gifts at a dozen stands, as well as bid on unique items during the Country Auction, Coin Auction, Silent Auction, and Children’s Auction. Homemade food and family-friendly activities make it an event for all ages. The sale also participates in My Coins Count, a powerful way to show children that they can make a difference in the world. The sale runs today from 4-9 p.m. and tomorrow from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the PA Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg. Admission is free. Parking is $10 per car and must be paid for with a debit or credit card. Cash, check, and credit cards will be accepted inside at the sale for payment. Go to pareliefsale.org for more information.
