LANCASTER COUNTY – One person died after a weekend crash in Lancaster County. On Saturday, July 5 at 3:04 a.m., officers responded to an accident on Route 283 east at the Strickler Road overpass in Rapho Township. A single vehicle had left the roadway and struck a bridge pillar in the highway’s center median. The lone occupant of the car, identified as 21-year-old Andrew Arbogast of Marietta, was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Lancaster County Coroner.
