DAUPHIN COUNTY – PSP-Harrisburg is investigating a fatal crash that occurred yesterday around 10:06 a.m. in the northbound lanes at mile marker 70.4 along Interstate 81 in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County. Authorities say a white Chevy van traversed across all lanes of I-81 North and struck a disabled commercial vehicle parked on the right hand shoulder. The operator and the sole passenger of the van were pronounced dead at the scene. The two victims have not yet been identified. It’s unknown if the two were wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash.
