YORK COUNTY – A skid loader accident in York County has claimed the life of a 92-year-old man. Authorities responded Saturday afternoon to the 5200 block of E. Prospect Road in Lower Windsor Township. They say David Evans had been operating the skid loader on the family farm when a family member found that the skid loader had flipped backwards at an unknown time, entrapping Evans who was seat-belted. Despite rescue efforts by EMS on the scene, Evans died from his injuries. Lower Windsor Township Police are investigating.
