YORK COUNTY – Authorities in York County arrested a man who shot at his neighbor. On May 24 at 6:19 p.m., Northern York County Regional Police responded to the 200 block of Locust Point Road in Conewago Township. Upon arrival, investigators spoke to the victim who told them that while standing on his property he was shot at by his neighbor during a dispute about property lines. The victim retreated back to his residence where he contacted 911 which prompted a substantial police response. Responding officers were able to make contact via telephone with the neighbor who fired the weapon and he was taken into police custody without further incident. No injuries were reported at the scene. Investigators charged 44-year-old Paul Inman with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Harassment. Inman is being held at York County Prison.
