LANCASTER – The system that brought heavy rain and winds has moved through the region. The system caused some areas to experience flooding, tree limbs down on power lines and roadways, and power outages. A wind advisory remains for our area as southwest winds 15 to 25 mph could also have gusts of 45 to 55 mph today.
