LANCASTER COUNTY – State Police are investigating a theft of three poodle puppies from a residence on Laurel Road in Brecknock Township, Lancaster County. A red miniature puppy with white markings, a red miniature puppy, and a white miniature puppy with red markings. The value of the three is $2,400.
