LANCASTER – Lancaster Police are asking the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile. Joel DeJesus was last seen July 8 on the 800 block of N. Queen Street in Lancaster. He is approximately 6′ 3″ tall, weighs 146 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes. You can see a photo of him below.
