LANCASTER – A Lancaster County judge sentenced 22-year-old Jaime Perez to two to five years in state prison after he pleaded guilty to groping two women who were complete strangers to him on downtown Lancaster streets. Perez, who was from Lancaster, was charged with aggravated indecent assault without consent and indecent assault without consent. He randomly assaulted two different victims in September and October 2024. Surveillance video from the Lancaster Safety Coalition showed Perez running up and assaulting one victim in the 100 block of E. Orange Street. Days later, he was again captured on surveillance assaulting a second victim in the 100 block of E. Chestnut Street.
