LANCASTER – Crews battled a Sunday morning rowhome fire in Lancaster. It happened around 2:45 a.m. in the 500 block of W. Lemon Street. Firefighters found three people hanging off the second floor windows. The three were rescued and taken to the hospital for treatment. A cause of the fire is under investigation.
