LANCASTER COUNTY – The driver of an e-bike died after a crash in Lancaster County. Yesterday around 4:06 p.m., police responded to the area of Wilson Avenue and Dartmouth Drive in East Hempfield Township for a report of an e-bike rider who had been struck by a vehicle. The e-bike rider, a 30-year-old Lancaster City resident, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The operator of the vehicle, a 75-year-old Manor Township resident, was uninjured in the collision. The investigation is ongoing and anyone who may have additional information or may have witnessed the crash is encouraged to contact East Hempfield Township Police Sgt.
