LANCASTER – A 17-year-old Lancaster city juvenile was sentenced to 32 ½ years to life in prison after pleading guilty to charges of criminal homicide and two firearm offenses. Elijahuwon Brown was sentenced for the death of 23-year-old Rolando Rivera on Aug. 27, 2021 in the 500 block of Third Street when Brown was 14. Detectives located video footage showing Brown and Rivera in the 500 and 600 blocks of Manor Street prior to the homicide. The footage also captured the shooter raising a firearm and shooting multiple times at the victim.
