LANCASTER – Crews battled a fatal house fire in Lancaster County. Units responded around 11:30 p.m. Monday to the 200 block of Rosedale Avenue in Lancaster Township. Officials report that one person has died and two others were rushed to the hospital. A cause of the fire is under investigation.
