LANCASTER COUNTY – A possible child luring incident in Lancaster County is under investigation. It occurred on February 29 around 2:40 p.m. in the 200 block of Bridgeville Road in East Earl Township. A child on the way home from school was reportedly approached by a gray pickup truck. The lone white male occupant asked the child if they “wanted a ride.” The pickup was last seen going toward Division Highway. The child is safe. There is no further description of the pickup or the driver. Anyone who might have information on the vehicle or occupant, or who may have had a similar encounter, is asked to contact East Earl Township Police at 717-355-5302.
