LANCASTER COUNTY – A man accused of a number of business burglaries in Lancaster County is in police custody. 23-year-old Tyrese Hatfield was arrested yesterday after police received reports of suspicious activity. During their investigation it was learned that Hatfield was responsible for numerous business burglaries occurring in Leola, which were similar to those that occurred in New Holland Borough and Earl Township in the spring and summer of 2023. He admitted to committing the burglaries between April 1 and August 1, 2023. Hatfield is charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, and criminal mischief.
