LANCASTER – Be alert for flooding this morning if you have to travel. Many waterways are high with some low lying areas and areas with poor drainage reported with high water. Also be alert for the possibility of fallen tree branches and utility wires along with debris on roads. Allow for extra travel time and do not drive through high water.
