YORK – York City Police say a suspect involved in a fatal shooting is in police custody. 19-year-old Jeremiah Beato is accused of homicide in the January 11th shooting death of 30-year-old Adam Goss of York inside a residence in the 900 block of E. King Street. Beato and Goss were known to each other. Authorities say its unknown yet why the shooting occurred. Beato was apprehended without incident by police.
