COLUMBIA – A York County woman is accused of financial exploitation of an older adult or care-dependent person in Lancaster County. Police report that on August 21 of this year, 25-year-old Taihya Sumpter of Wrightsville also committed access device fraud of the individual while in the 400 block of Mill Street in Columbia. Based on the incident, Columbia Borough Police have filed charges.
