LANCASTER COUNTY – Windy conditions have caused scattered power outages around the region. PPL reports over 20,000 customers in Berks, Chester, Cumberland, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York Counties are without power. Reports of numerous trees and limbs being down are affecting power and travel this morning. Crews are out working to restore power to the affected areas.
