LANCASTER – Lancaster Police continue to investigate the circumstances behind a stabbing that took place in the first block of West Farnum Street on Jan. 24 that resulted in the death of 40-year-old Matthew Hill. Preliminary results of the investigation indicate that the stabbing was the result of a domestic incident. The investigation is ongoing and there is no threat to the public.
