LANCASTER – It’s another very cold day with a Cold Weather Advisory in effect for our region until 10 a.m. today. It continues this evening with another Cold Weather Advisory from 7 p.m. tonight to 10 a.m. Saturday. The cold could result in frostbite on exposed skin. If you must be outdoors, dress in layers, wear a hat and gloves, and cover all areas of exposed skin.
