HARRISBURG – Police arrested a man accused of firing a shot into a Harrisburg residence. On Saturday, February 14 around 11 a.m., police responded to the first block of Evergreen Street. Officers spoke to the victim and witnesses who identified 45-year-old Ivan Santiago-Castro of Harrisburg as the person who fired the shot. Officers later located Santiago-Castro and he was taken into custody. He is charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, terroristic threats, and assault.
