PENNSYLVANIA – We are still waiting to see who will be the declared winner in the U.S. House race in the 10th Congressional District in PA. Republican incumbent Scott Perry faced a challenge from Democrat Janelle Stelson. Perry has served in Congress since 2013. Stelson, who was a Republican turned Democrat, was a local TV news anchor. Perry is currently leading Stelson by about 6400 votes with 99% of precincts reporting.
