LANCASTER – Daylight Saving Time returns this Sunday at 2 a.m. and will run through Sunday, November 1. That means you need to turn all clocks ahead by one hour. The spring forward change causes a loss of one hour of sleep so make sure you adjust all clocks in your home before you go to bed on Saturday night. It’s also a good time to check your batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors to make sure they are working.
