HARRISBURG – A special election to fill the vacancy of a PA House seat in York County has been announced. House Speaker Joanna McClinton signed a writ of election to fill a vacancy created by the resignation of Rep. Seth Grove, who resigned his post January 31. The special election to fill the vacancy in the 196th legislative district will be held on Tuesday, May 19.
