LANCASTER – On December 13, 2024, at approximately 4:25 PM, Lancaster City Police responded to the 400 block of Green St. for a report of shots fired. After several weeks of investigation, the Bureau of Police were able to identify two individuals involved in the shots fired incident. On the morning of January 10, Lindsay Colon, 39, of Lancaster, and her son, Amari Poole, 15, also of Lancaster, were taken into custody on charges stemming from the shots fired incident. Poole, was charged as an adult. Chargers include Aggravated Assault, Criminal Conspiracy and Carrying a Firearm without a License. During the arrest of Colon and Poole, another 15-year-old juvenile was also arrested, unrelated to the shots fired incident.
