YORK – Police in York are investigating a shooting that occurred Monday, March 10th around 9:26 p.m., in the 800 block of W. King Street. Upon arrival, police discovered a 33-year-old female victim with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the shoulder. A 53-year-old female suspect has been identified and also sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The shooting arose from an altercation between two individuals who were acquainted with each other. Both individuals were treated for their injuries. Charges are pending in this case.
