LEBANON COUNTY – Authorities are investigating an officer-involved shooting in Lebanon County. Yesterday around 6 a.m., State Police attempted to serve a search warrant at a residence located in the first block of Gable Drive in Jackson Township, in relation to a child sexual abuse material investigation. Upon entry into the residence, troopers were confronted by the suspect of the investigation in a manner which resulted in members discharging their firearms. The suspect was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lebanon County Coroner’s Office. No troopers were injured. There is no threat to the public and the incident was contained. The PA State Police, Troop L, Major Case Team is investigating with the assistance of the PA Attorney General’s Office. The involved troopers have been placed on administrative duty
