LANCASTER – Police in Lancaster are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile. 15-year-old Wilbert Blose was last seen on the 200 block of College Avenue on July 29. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Lancaster Police at 717-735-3300.
