LEBANON COUNTY – A missing Lebanon County girl has been located. 17-year-old Isabella Hatt of Palmyra was reported missing January 8 and was last reported on January 9 going to a shelter in New York City. Her whereabouts were unknown after that. According to her mother, she has been located and is back home. She thanked everyone for their help in locating her daughter.
