DAUPHIN COUNTY – A Dauphin County teen is missing and authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating her. 16-year-old Samantha Lugaro was last seen in the 300 block of Brokas Drive in Swatara Township. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact 911 or Swatara Township Police at 717-564-2550.
