DAUPHIN COUNTY – Dauphin County’s Swatara Township Police say a missing teen has been located. 13-year-old Zaion Tolbert had left his residence at the Super 8 Hotel on Executive Park Drive on January 30. Police report that Tolbert has been found and returned to his family.
