DAUPHIN COUNTY – Authorities in Dauphin County are asking for the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Susristika Siwakoti, who left her residence in the 400 block of Lavenda Court in Harrisburg on Wednesday, February 18. She is described as four foot eight and 120 pounds. It is believed that she has traveled to the Kansas City, Missouri area.
