HARRISBURG – Harrisburg Police are investigating a homicide. Yesterday around noon, officers responded to a residence in the 300 block of South 17th Street for a report of an assault. Upon arrival, police located an adult male and an adult female. Both were suffering from what appeared to be lacerations. The male, identified as 33-year-old Rocheny Clerge, was transported to a hospital. The unidentified female died at the scene. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that Clerge was responsible for the death of the female. Clerge has subsequently been charged with murder and possession of an instrument of a crime.
