LANCASTER – Another Cold Weather Advisory has been issued for 1 a.m. Thursday through 10 a.m. tomorrow. Wind chills from 10- 15 degrees below zero are possible. Use caution if you must be outside. Dress in layers and wear appropriate clothing. Cover all skin surfaces as hypothermia or frostbite could occur if precautions are not taken. There could be another wave of snow across the area during the upcoming weekend as a storm system develops, threatening areas that were just hit by severe snow and ice. At this point, it appears the system could be confined to coastal areas as the storm may stay further out into the ocean. We will watch and see what may happen.
