LANCASTER COUNTY – A pedestrian accident last night along Route 30 in Lancaster County has claimed a life. Police responded around 10 p.m. to the 2400 block of Lincoln Highway East in East Lampeter Township. The victim was identified as 63-year-old James Norris of Downingtown, Chester County, by the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office. The cause and manner of death is under investigation. Details surrounding how the incident occurred have not yet been released.
