LANCASTER COUNTY – A fatal crash along the PA Turnpike is under investigation. The incident occurred Saturday around 11:30 a.m. at mile marker 268 in Penn Township, Lancaster County. A vehicle crashed into a maintenance truck. Reports say three vehicles were involved in the mishap. No word on the identity of the victim. One other person was injured. State Police are investigating.
